All of our cutter bars are made of the finest steel. After manufacture the cutter bars are statically and dynamically balanced. We weld small steel plates at strategic positions on the cutter bar so that the cutter bar is balanced, not only when it is standing still, but also when it is rotating at cutting speeds on your machine.

A special machine (pictured at the right) is used to do the analysis.

When you install any of our cutter bars you can be assured that you are receiving a balanced cutter bar that will provide a minimum of vibration during cutting operations.
